Mrs Jones offered to sell the dwelling to Mr Ted Lawrence for the sum of £70 (seventy pound), however he did not take up the offer. In his own words, he has 'whipped the cat' about this ever since. Mrs Jones then offered the property to William Crabbe for the same price and he agreed. It is not clear at this time where Mrs Jones went after this dwelling. |
