|1898||1877||The stables may have been built for the either the Carrick Range Hotel, or the Cromwell Bannockburn Colliery Company Ltd||The stables may have been built for either the Carrick Range Hotel or the Cromwell-Bannockburn Colliery Company Ltd. The hotel was demolished in 1906. The Colliery Company was floated in 1900, but the stables are shown on a survey plan dated 1912 as being on the property owned by the colliery company. The company was wound up in 1914.|
