324 1957 Alexander purchased dwelling #13 from William Sutherland On October 21, Alexander Henderson purchased dwelling #13 from Mr Sutherland. He planted a mixed orchard of cherries, plums and apricots. Mt Henderson worked for the Bannockburn Pest Destruction Board as a rabbiter. He ran sheep and later worked the orchard once the trees had matured. His son Robert worked with his father on the rabbit board, and later helped at the orchard.
332 1996 Robert sells dwelling #13 to Ron Wattam Robert Henderson sold dwelling #13 to Mr Ron Wattam. The Hendersons rented dwelling #13 for some months while their new house was being built in Quartzville. They moved from dwelling #13 to dwelling #86.
333 1996 General Notes Mr Wattam moved from Auckland to Bannockburn and purchased dwelling #13 from Mr Henderson. The Wattams upgraded the existing orchard of apricots, cherry and plum trees. They have also planed a grove of olive trees. In the area of the Carrick Dam (#166) Mtr Wattam constructed a new earth dam to store water for his orchard, and as a result the Carrick Dam no longer exists.
334 2001 Subdivision of Ron Wattams property In 2001, Ron Wattam subdivided his property into 3 lots. 1. The orchard below Tippetts Dam, including dwelling #13 was put up for sale. 2. The area covering both the Carrick Dam (#166) and Tippetts Dam (#167) was also put up for sale. 3. The area on the north side of Pipeclay Gully, west of Pipeclay Gully Road, up to Stewart Town was retained by Mr Wattam
335 2001 In July, Lot 1 was purchased by Phillip and Donna Horn In July, Lot 1 was purchased by Phillip and Donna Horn. The orchard was removed and a vineyard was planted. Dwelling #13 was rented.
