2513 c1925 Miss Clemintina McKerhan came to board with the Parcells. About this time, Miss Clemintina Hasten McKerhan cam e to board with the Parcells.
2516 c1925 Miss McKerhan boarded with the Parcells About this time Miss McKerhan came to live with the Parcell family. She had come from Dunedin and was engaged to Mr John Adie, a goldminer from the Nevis. It seems that the Parcells had known John Adie and had taken in his fiance until the couple were married, or until their new house in Hall Road (dwelling #34) was completed.
2526 1949 General note. After the death of their mother in November, Henry and Annie continued to live in dwelling #224 and farm the property.
2527 1988 Henry and Annie sell the farm. Due to Annie's age and failing health, the Parcells sold the farm, including dwelling #224 and moved to Cromwell on 16 July. Dwelling #224, and part of the farm were sold to Mr Trevor Ian Lloyd. The remainder of the farm was sold to Richard Anderson of Kawarau Station.
2531 c1988 Trevor Lloyd purchased dwelling #224. Mr Trevor Lloyd purchased dwelling #224 and part of the farm from Henry Parcell. At this time Mr Lloyd was working in Auckland. His father, Mr Ian Lloyd of dwelling #237 looked after the farm. Dwelling #224 remained empty for some time.
2532 c1993 Trevor Lloyd moved to Cromwell. Trevor Lloyd moved to Cromwell and took over the running of the farm. He rented a house in Cromwell and had dwelling #224 renovated, with the idea of moving to the farm. However he decided that it was too small for his family and the house was put up for rent.
2533 1993 Rex Mayall rented dwelling #224 in January 1993, Rex Mayall from Cromwell rented dwelling #224 from Trevor Lloyd.
2535 1998 Jill Crabbe rented dwelling #224. In December of 1998, Ms Jill Crabbe of Cromwell rented dwelling #224 from Trevor Lloyd, and grazed her horses on the farm.
2537 2000 Rex Mayall once again rented dwelling #224. In July of 2000, Mr Rex Mayall who had been living in Domain Road moved back into dwelling #224.
