Mr & Mrs Todd's new house has been built close to where dwelling #38 once stood.

Construction Details

Mud brick, timber and corrugated iron. Two mud brick buildings with kitchen and dwelling separate (a common layout) plus at least one timber framed corrugated iron hut. One of these huts was later shifted to north Road to become dwelling #86 - possibly around 1935. There were lots of daffodils around dwelling #38 and they were all removed during the site works for the Todd's new house.
