3485 c1953 Dwelling #456 was moved on site. Mr Menzies moved dwelling #455 from behind dwelling #48 to a new site further up Hall Road to where dwelling #5 had once stood. At this new site the building became dwelling #456, and it was tidied up. It was used as a holiday cottage by members of Mr Menzies extended family.
3486 1957 Mr Todd purchased dwelling #456 On 19 Nov 1957, Mr Todd purchased dwelling #456 from Me Menzies, along with the rest of his farm. The Todd family did not live in dwelling #456 - they lived in #6. Graham Todd converted dwelling #456 into a fruit packing shed for his orchard.
3487 1982 Mr Dennison purchased #456 On Nov 9 1982, Murray Dennison purchased the Todd farm which included dwelling #456. Murray continued to use the building as a packing shed for some years.
3488 c1985 Dwelling #456 was demolished About this time Mr Dennison demolished dwelling #456 and replaced it with a modern fruit packing shed.
