1018	1869	Charles applied for a resident site - #3312.	On 14th April Charles Ray may have applied for resident site No.3312. This may have been the site of dwelling #69 which Charles Ray may have built. It was a 2 roomed sod and iron house.

J P Parcell's notes mentioned that Miss Truman lived in the 'Old Residence' (dwelling #213) for a time then boarded with the Rays. He also mentioned that Miss Truman married a Ray. At this time no more details have been found.

1097	1950	John Hodson purchased dwelling #69.	On June 7 1950, John Hodson purchased dwelling #69 from Mr Garth. It seems that he purchased the property as a holiday home and did not live there for long periods of time.

1102	1958	The Allen family again spent their vacation at dwelling #69.	In Dec 1958, the Allen family again spent their sumer holiday at dwelling #69. From this time on the Allen family used the property as a 'quid pro quo' for maintaining it and paying the 'electric' (as Mrs Hodson called it) every year until Mrs Hodson died.
1103	1983	Dwelling #60 sold by auction.	Mrs Jessie Martha Hodson died intestate so dwelling #69 was sold at auction on Oct 24 1983.
1113	1983	The Allen family purchased the property at auction.	Mrs Jessie Martha Hodson died intestate so dwelling #69 was put up for auction. Despite vigorous bidding from several of the 120 or so interested onlookers, the Allen family finally managed to acquire the property .
1114	1991	Death of Geoffrey Allen.	Geoffrey Allen died on 1 Jan 1991. Subsequently Mrs Gwen Allen only visited dwelling #69 when her son Ralph and his family were there for holidays.
