1266 Dwelling #85 purchased by the Bannockburn Rabbit Board The Rabbit Board purchased the land on which dwellings #85 and #86 are positioned. Various Rabbit Board employees lived in dwelling #85.
1267 1960 MR J D Stewart purchased the land on which dwellings #85 and #86 were positioned. MR J D Stewart purchased the land on which dwellings #85 and #86 were positioned. He did not live in either dwelling, but they were rented by Stewart family friends, Mr and Mrs Bagley.

Some time later he married Joan and they lived in dwelling #86 while dwelling #85 was used for general storage. Mr & Mrs Henderson had sold their house and orchard (location #13) and were waiting for their new house in Quartzville to be built. They rented dwellings #85 and #86 from Mr G R Stewart during this time, living in dwelling #86 and using dwelling #85 for storage. The new house was completed within three months and they shifted into it.
1274 1996 Mr Garth Ritchie rents dwellings #85 and #86, Mr Ritchie moved from dwelling #109 and rented the two dwellings from Mr G R Stewart. He lives in dwelling #86.
