1845 1926 Death of Frederick Powell

Frederick Powell died on 21 Apr 1926, and was buried in the Cromwell cemetery. Mrs Powell continued to run the Bannockburn hotel after his death.
1846 c1928 Mrs Powell sold the Bannockburn Hotel to Mr Charles Clark.

Mrs Powell sold dwelling #115 to Mr Charles Lawrence Clark. Mrs Powell remarried, to Mr Tom Smith who lived in dwelling #291.
