It appears that about this time Mr Philip Parcell left dwelling #244 in lower Pigroot Gully where his wife and family lived. He built a small timber and tarpaper (malthoid) shack of two rooms with a lean-to, dwelling #252. This was located in lower Adams Gully on the true right bank of Adams Creek. Mr Parcell visited his wife and family for meals.

2877 c1934 Mr Parcell had dwelling #239 built for his wife and family.

About this time Mr Parcell had dwelling #239 built for his wife and family. He continued to live in dwelling #252 and visiting his family for meals.

2878 1968 Death of Philip May Parcell.

On 11 Apr 1968, Mr Philip May Parcell was found dead in his hut, dwelling #252. He was 89 years of age. Mr Parcell was buried in the Cromwell cemetery.
