Stones directory listed John Docton Parsons as a rabbiter, and he continued to farm his property. His son John David Parsons lived with his parents in dwelling #65, and earned his living gold mining, working as a rabbiter, and farm labourer.

920 c1926 Nelson Parsons moved away from Bannockburn early, and worked as a rabbiter in the Becks area. He also played the piano in a dance band.

Cedric William John Parsons was married to Freda Magdalene Powell, daughter of the late Frederic John and Mrs Violet Rose Powell. (see dwelling #115). The couple moved to dwelling #64 and later to Cromwell.
