1385 1950 James Lewis took ownership of dwelling #92.

On March 9, Mrs Daisy Hodson died and the ownership of dwelling #92 passed to her son James Lewis Hodson.

1386 c1950 Jim built a new fruit packing shed and replanted the orchard.

Jim Hodson built a new fruit packing shed and coolstore (location #486). He also replanted the orchard which his father had planted in 1919. The mainly apple trees were replaced by apricots, with some apples, peaches, pears, plums and cherries.
